    So yesterday I paid for this sticker pack, Fashionista, via credit card, which was charged. Unfortunately, the sticker pack was not installed, no matter how long I waited (and I waited 7 hours!). I also did a Google search about how to fix this problem, and couldn't find any resolution.

    Do I need to ask for a refund for the sticker pack? I really prefer not to, since I do want the sticker pack! If there's another way to solve this problem, please do share. Thanks in advance!

    P.S. This is the first time this problem ever happened to me.

    open BBM, go to shop, hit the overflow buttons and try RESTORE

    Did u update to the latest BBM? Because there is a bug in it!

    I downgraded back...had to download all of them back one by one. A few no longer available... there is a bug but it is not right across the update. Some had problems ( you and me for sure), and some didn't. But I am now back on 10.9.6.15 on PP. There is no fix as yet, ...
