Hello all,
my wife has a brand new Q10 in white. I got a black one. Everything is fine, but BBM shows some anoying behavior.
When i send a message my wife often didnt get the message. The state of the message is "message send" and she will not receive any push notification. the messages stuck in "messsge send" state and will not turn to delivered.
She wears her Berry in the leather pouch.

Meanwhile we can chat in whatsapp and everything works fine.

So where is the Problem?

Im on 10.1.0.4181 and my wife too.
We Booth use a Vodafone DE subcarrier. Me MCSim and she is on Otelo (official Vodafone subsidiary)

Welcome to CrackBerry. Have you tried to do a hard reset on the device? That might help.

Yes i have done this.
I have about 10 Android apps running on her phone and on mine just the half. Is there a problem with an incompatible app that might interrupt bbm?
Or is this BBM server related ?
I have not done a hard reset and tested bbm without android apps.

Well I have several sideloaded apps and BBM runs fine. It could be server related but others would be having the same issue. Guess it depends on what android apps you have. Tey deleting one at a time and see if that makes a difference? Then hard reset.

it not even the server , its the service provider , i had the same issue sometime ago with a z10 , i got the sim replaced and that resolved the problem

Do you replaced the sim with one from antoher or the same carrier?

I will investigate and test the behavior without android apps and hard reset.
Perhaps i switch our sim cards and test again.
