    Rogers z10 will not send to iPhone on same rogers account. Big red X.

    Recieving from the iPhone just fine.

    No problem with other bbm contacts.

    Reset iPhone, pulled Z10 battery. Account is fine.

    Back to Whatsapp for now.

    Any suggestions?

    Tried a few other contacts, all non- blackberry contacts are affected. Can not send to iPhone or Android.

    BBM has been working very poorly the last while, even before latest update. Not sure why. Both BlackBerry and non BB devices seem to be affected.
    Taken long time to send.
    Lots of grey check marks , but never delivered to recipients phone. and same to my phone, posts never delivered to me.
    Same goes for my wife's Z10
    I'm with Bell.

    Yeah, I was on Fido, couldn't send to the wife's iPhone....

    Tab ended a month ago, I switched to Wind, haven't had a single issue.

    sounds like these problems are carrier related rather than BBM itself.

    sounds like these problems are carrier related rather than BBM itself.
    The contacts I was sending to were not on the same account or carrier as I am. Both android and iPhone were affected.

    I'm with Rogers, so not sure about it being the carriers. Wouldn't surprise me though!

    I just know its been working very poorly the last few weeks. Not sure whats going, but since it has come to Android and IOS its performance has been less than stellar .
    Seemed great when it was first introduced to Android and IOS, but slowly its getting worse.
    Never had one issue with it when it was just a BlackBerry BBM, but now... not so good.
