    I have two coworkers with Galaxy S4's.

    Just tried sending a BBM message (I'm on a legacy 9900) to both of them, delivery failures for both (big red X).
    I can send BBM messages other BB users (legacy and BB10), and I am receiving BBM messages.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    Update: same problem with iPhone.

    Update2: The android user can send a BBM, but not receive a BBM.

    Update3: Installing the latest official OS to my 9900 (which is a newer version than I had on my phone this morning). Will test and report back when completed (in a few minutes).

    Update4: Upgrading to the newest official OS fixed my problem, OR it was just convenient timing and BlackBerry fixed the problem.

    I just experienced this as well sending to my wife's iPhone 4 with BBM 2.0 on it. Interestingly she can send me messages and I receive them fine but I can't message her.

    Problems here also with my z10. No problem with BlackBerry contacts. I can not send to any android or iPhone contact.
    Big red X. Receiving fine.
