I'll try and keep this short. My friend has a torch that he got from his sister, so inherited her pin I suppose? Now that bbm is on iPhone, she downloaded the app, and I'm assuming used the same email address as she did originally used to sign up for bbm on iPhone. So I am getting some sort of mixture of her updates (name change, status changes) but it still has his picture (which I'm assuming she would have changed). I texted him about it, he's aware, but doesn't know what's going on either. I think it has to do with the email, because there's no way she would get her old pin as it would be associated with the torch she gave to her brother correct?

he would have a unique BBID and the PIN for her iphone should be 7xxxxxxx I would make sure that he has download the latest bbm 7 on the orch which will update the bbid version and all should be good

Thanks, I'll tell him to delete it and reinstall. It's just strange that only the updates and name changed, but not the picture.
