Howdy,

So my Z30 hasn't sent or received a bbm message since early this morning. (6AM pst)

Groups nor individuals. I have cell coverage but not the BlackBerry logo next to it. I tried changing the network settings from lte to 4g. I also rebooted via the power button.

Still no. Messages are giving me the red little x.

I've never had an "outage" so I'm not sure if this I'd the best forum place to ask.

Anyone else having this issue or heard?

Edit : forgot to mention I was running the bbm beta bit upgraded to 10.3 last night along with half the world. (I wish)

It sounds like you don't have a data connection. I'm on TMO US and have been successfully sending and receiving BBM all day.

Probably step 4 to T-Mobile quickly ditching their BB customers.

Step 1: Never offer an OS Update
Step 2: Stop selling BB Handsets
Step 3: Offer iPhone 5s for free to Blackberry Customers
Step 4: Cut off BBM

Technically I have data (I posted this after all) just not a BlackBerry connection

I ended up restarting like 8x times and that fixed it. Not sure what the issue was as I've never had a similar issue.

I experienced the issue too. I rebooted a few times with no avail. Waited a few hours and then it came back with a network cycle
