    Bought a new q10 but BBM shows no network and can't connect to the server. Tried by both mobile data and wifi. And the phone is not connected to the blackberry not showing the logo on top right.

    You answered your own question. Since you don't have the BlackBerry data symbol appearing, BBM can't connect. You'll have to figure out why it isn't connected.

    Register the device with the network. See How to register a BlackBerry smartphone with the wireless network Make sure you have strong mobile network. Turn off wifi. Wait for confirmation.

    Device is new. Is it brand new, or new to you (a used device)? Did t device connect to BlackBerry before, or has it been like this from the start?

    Two possibilities that come to mind now are IT Policy (a possibility if the device is second hand) or some problem with carrier. Parental controls may be a possibility, don't know, but won't hurt to check in settings and make sure Parental Controls is off.

    If no IT Policy and parental controls is disabled, next step is consult carrier.

    Device is new bought from ebay a week before.
    Checked parental control and it is off. Still can't connect to BBM

    What to do with carrier, tried through WiFi still cant connect. Tried 3different carriers but failed.
