I recently acquired a Q10, and transferred my contacts and other details from my faithful old Bold 9900. Now I'm having a problem with the BBM contacts. I linked as many BBM contacts as I could to my regular Blackberry contacts, and I on my old phone, all l had to do was type in a Blackberry contact's name in BBM, and their BBM profile would pop up. That shortcut apparently doesn't work in BB10, and I'm having trouble easily searching for contacts in BBM. Is there any solution to this problem? I'm using OS 10.2.1.2297. Please help.

Maybe you have sync option for BBM switched off.
