    Wondering if anyone else experiencing this issue with BBM Group Lists.
    On a Z10 running both 3175 and 3247
    BBM version 10.3.33.18

    Create a new group and add a list to the group. Add a number of items and when you hit the check for complete / incomplete, it often checks / unchecks a 2nd unrelated item.

    I have tested on 3 different devices so don't think it's my BB ID.

    Can anyone else duplicate?

    This issue makes lists absolutely useless for me now as I primarily use them for shopping lists and if I check off items that I've acquired and it does this, I obviously miss things on my list.

    Does not happen here. I do wish they would make it so that the list remembered the "sort by" order you choose

    Remembering both options would be better.

    Did you actually try this out and test?

    I'm on BES too although this shouldn't matter as I have no restrictions in place that could possibly affect this.

    So I talked to BlackBerry support about this and the SR I spoke with reproduced my issue first attempt. I tried downgrading to previous BBM version (10.3.12.75) and it resolved the issue. So I still have yet to confirm if this only happens to a BES user or both but definitely tied to the BBMsecure release.

    I did test it..i do because i use lists daily with my wife for chores, letters to mail, estate sales to visit, etc. I haven't seen the problem

    Are you on BES10? This might be where the issue is. The last version added BBMsecure which might be why it is causing the issue. I have seen it only on people on BES.

    I just grabbed a Q10 that was put back into the pool (security wiped) and it had the same issue. So only difference here is it was previously on BES but I am quite certain the BB10's are not like legacy BB where you had to do more than a wipe to remove BES settings.

    I wish someone else (non-BES) would test and report...

    Does the slightly older, sans-bbmsecure version of Bbm have any functionality missing compared to the current version? Other than the Bbm secure

    I'm just wondering why Bbm secure would fiddle with how group list checks are resolved

    AFAIK, the newer version only added secure and some cosmetic updates. I guess all I can do is wait for BB to fix it. At least the SR experienced the issue too so I don't have an anomaly

    Case closed by BB support with following response:

    This issue has been logged under JI 717550 and has been verified as fixed in a forthcoming BBM version. Until such time as that version is made publicly available, please continue to use the non-affected version of BBM that you are currently using as a workaround.
