I'll keep this rather short

I'd like to see them introduce features that would allow you to make reservations at restaurants, perhaps even order food,.. this way they'd be targeting (small and large) businesses who could set up their own Channels while making BBM a very convenient tool for us consumers. I could even see a partnership emerging with Groupon?!

I personally love BlackBerry travel and think it should be integrated.

Let's come up with ideas that could make BBM play a central role in our lives.

Also, let's build in a Calendar function not just for travel purposes but that would enable you to plan events with your BBM contacts..
