    I am bbm installed with autoloader Z10STL100-1/10.3.0.1052.

    Issue is my bbm display picture is not visible to others, its shows blank on their bbm feeds and contacts and chat. Status updates are visible. I can see my bbm dp on my BlackBerry.

    Have tried reset, reinstall, reboot, dp change multiple times, problem as it is.

    Someone please advice solution.

    Sorry this is happening. Would drive me crazy too. Have you found a solution? Seems you've tried everything..

    I have reinstalled bbm, side loaded bbm bar file from 1052 OS. Problem solved.
