My BBM suddenly crashed down for no reason, the last minute I was checking the messages in HUB, then the next minute the BBM crashed down. It's been 2 days since it happened, and now every time I open the BBM, it always stuck into "restoring your BBM information " and cannot recover my contact list ! I try to contact the BlackBerry support service helping me out, no response until now.
Meantime, I asked several friends who had same issue like me, they said that they could log in BBM in android cellphone with identical BlackBerry ID but not in BlackBerry smartphone.
Could anyone help me? I really appreciate it since there are so many work friends in my BBM contact list.

Damn I'm sorry that happened!

Two possibilities I can think of is to restore a back up, if you have one.

If you don't have one you need to let the phone restore the contact list. When you say it's stuck, how badly is it stuck? A few minutes or considerably longer? If it crashed it needs to recover.

I never used the Beta with channels before it crashed....
The info, "Restoring your BBM information ", seems to be continual looping, never connected the service, then finally it tell you the service cannot be temporary used. I've already tried the wipe and upgrade to OS 10.2 sys, but still not fix the issue. Now I'm really frustrated thinking of that should I switch another BlackBerry ID to login, even all my contacts will be lost for sure!
