    Hi folks!

    I've been searching threads for about a month now but to no avail. Do you have any idea on how to fix bbm so I can see my contacts' profile pictures again?

    It was working before until I changed my username/blackberry ID via the BlackBerry id site. After changing, voila! All the profile pictures were gone. Tried doing the security wipe and re-logging to my BlackBerry id but the issue persists. I am not logged in using other devices as well.

    Im using a BlackBerry z10 stl100-1 model. Hope you can advise or send me a link if there are already availavle solutions to this. Thanks in advance!
