    I don't see them on iPhone. The only thing free on iPhone is the original BBM sticker pack. Would the OP care to post a picture?

    My daughter and a few iphone users here at work have the BBM Characters pack and it cost them 0 dollars and 0 cents FREE 100% no charge but on my 9800 it says 99cents, not FREE. WHY!

    There are two BBM character packs, one was free from the start, and one that was recently released and is $0.99.

    I'm pretty sure I saw them earlier and they weren't free, they've now disappeared so I'm guessing maybe only some people were affected by an error that is being resolved, just a guess; I'm in the UK

    EDIT: or probably the other way around was released for free to some by mistake.

    The BBM Characters pack for 99cents appears to be missing on the phones here at work, even on my 9810. This is turning out to be a big mystery. We should get Scooby and Shaggy on the case.
