    Any regular users of BBM calls in UAE here ? I use BB PP and my video and audio calls used to work real good when I was in Germany. Now I am in dubai and in my home wifi and office wifi (both are etisalat) no calls can be made with my BB. But when I was using wifi in airport and pizza hut last day, I could make calls and the quality was real good too. From my home wifi, android and iphone users are also able to make calls but with vague quality and repeated "reconnecting" and "limited network" warnings.
    I believe it has got something to do with port whitelisting as I have read once in bb knowledge base. But other day too, I was unable to do it. Does anybody know how to make calls go through or how to whitelist in my internet connection?
    Any help appreciated!

    I have no issues using BBM call on Etisalat office WiFi and 4G DU Mobile network. Sometimes quality is not great, but at least not blocked.

    Which router do u have for ur etisalat connections?

    Separately, the one they supply can't handle bandwidth I need for connected devices and network speed.

    That should be the reason y ur calls are not getting trimmed!
