    Atm i use a blackberry 9380, when i bought it, i never bought the data plan for bbm. im just wondering if it can work with bbm even though i dont have a data plan. and how do i check notifications sent?

    Welcome to CrackBerry! With BB OS 7.1 you need a BIS plan to get BBM to work.

    one thing that confusses me, is it doesn't say anything about needing the BIS plan when on messanger, (i went on bbm for the first time today to check it out, haven't added no one or messaged.)

    hello , i topped up �10 2 days ago and orange have taken �5 for bbm and internet but its still not working what can i do as orange are shut due to it being Christmas eve , i phoned yesterday and the man i spoke to didn't have a clue what he was saying , if anyone can help much appreciated
