Hi,
A friend of mine installed BBM on her iphone. For an unknown reason the BBM app was disconnected and unable to chat. Despite her unsuccessful attempt to log with her password she decide to uninstall BBM and to re-start the process from scratch. Given a pin number was already attributed to her (same e-email address, name and password) the BBM is now completely blocked and when running the app , the home screen is frozen displaying her pin number. No action and/or navigation is possible. Just a frozen screen.

Has someone experienced same issue and how this has been sort out ?

Please update your profile to include device, carrier, and location. This makes it easier for others to help you.

Troubleshooting to try from my iPhone-toting brother:

1. Force close BBM app by double tapping home button and flicking BBM up. Re-open BBM.
2. Didn't work? Reboot iPhone by holding down power button & home button. Re-open BBM.
3. Didn't work? Contact BBM support and follow their instructions:
   BBM Support and Help for iPhone - Canada
   They probably need to disassociate your device from your PIN / BBID and have you delete & reinstall the app to start fresh, but just do whatever they say.

Try each troubleshooting method one at a time before moving on to next. If you reach #3, let them know what you have already tried.
