Hi all,

I'm trying to install the BBM for Android for my wife's Note 2. I downloaded the app a few days ago and naturally, you get the page with the smiley party hat face asking you to punch in an email address. So, I did and waited for the email. I finally received the email letting me know that I'm at the head of the line late last night. I went back in and launched BBM and this time, same thing, I typed in the email address, unfortunatley, I'm still brought to the second screen with that "I've got the email" button. I press the "I've got the email" button, the app goes and thinks a little and then just returns to the SAME screen.

Any ideas anyone? I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, no help. I think tried rebooting the phone, no help.

Anyone else has this issue? If you did, what did you do to resolve it?

Try turning your mobile data off and doing it over wifi

You can also try reboot the device instead of installing and uninstalling

Happen to me again. After another 20 or so hours it finally worked.
