    Hi all,

    So a friend of mine who uses BBM frequently complained to me the other day that his BBM isn't working properly. His notification sound isn't working and the app keep asking him to update, which he tried but it keeps asking.

    In any event I tried playing with it but nothing fix it. I was then informed by 3 other friends that their BBM's are doing the exact same thing now.

    Anybody with BBM on Android having this issue?

    Any thoughts on a fix? I suggested a reset and perhaps a delete and reinstall as well. See what happens.

    He tried to update but it couldn't? Did he get an error in Google Play? I've seen that before when being prompted.
