    UPDATE: back to working properly!


    Photo is attached. I've tried restarting my device 3 times, closed out of everything, reopened. Nothing seems to be working. I have the latest version of BBM. Help??

    Don't know what to tell you. Just tried it on mine, and it's doing the same thing.

    Try going to the app screen and coming back. It should refresh the active frames and work

    Active Frame on my BBM app, started working again today, and with no update, so I'm not sure what the problem was, but it seems to have corrected itself!

    not sure what causes this, but the active frame for BBM on my passport never 'kicks in,' so to speak. it's always just a thumbnail of the screen.
