Someone needs to do a test with a Galaxy Note and an iPhone5 to measure performance (lots of websites use Riptide for testing out graphics performance in phone reviews).

As nice as the graphics may be in this game, it's nothing the first Xbox couldn't have pulled off. Look at Hydro Thunder on the Dreamcast, even. That was 13 years ago. The only difference is the resolution is much higher (which neither the Xbox or DC could have pulled off).

Best handheld graphics yet.. you'd have to look at some of the games on the Playstation Vita. The new iPad even has the edge over it in terms of sheer hardware strength, but so far there's no games that really tap that power effectively because all the power is used up by the need to display everything at such a high resolution.
