Today Theme with "hidden" dock on storm 9530

Hidden dock doesn't hide

Theme after main page looks nothing like the theme in the video.

Icons, and screen are the exact same as the original theme. The main screen is the only one that changed.

HELP?

I pulled the battery AGAIn and the theme changed the look on the applications list. However the dock still does not hide.

I would like to clarify. I LOVE the look of the theme. If the hidden dock will start working I will be more than pleased with my $7 purchase
