Help with "TODAY" Area on Themes

Hi guys I just bought 3 new themes from JC Designs (Genesis, Storm Today Plus & Cipher Sidebar Extreme) for my Storm. They are my first themes that have TODAY areas and I'm having a small problem getting them to work right. No matter where I put my Message or SMS/MMS Icons I can't get the TODAY areas to pull up the most recent messages and show them on the home screen while in Portrait view. The CALANDER Today area works fine bringing up my next 10 events and show on the screen fine with a tap but can't get the Message area to show my most recent messages.

Do I need to set something up in the OPTIONS area or something for this to work right? Any help would be appreciated.

I do find something very disturbing though, I posted this question 12 days ago with the hopes of getting a quick answer from the developer (since it's the developers OWN message board area) but that NEVER happened ! It was a concerned member of the public who finally answered it. I know I only made a small purchase of THREE themes that day and 1 the week before but I would expect when purchasing something from one of these developers who sell their wears on crackberry AND have their own little area on the message board for SUPPORT of their products that they would have the decency to check them and help their customers out when they have a problem !

Plus the fact that there are only "10" other threads in the whole area and it's not like it got lost in the shuffle some how! Even if the guy went on a 10 day cruise in the caribbean he should have been back in time to answer my thread. It seems like this is a habit though since I saw other UNANSWERED threads her for Gadgetbean / JC Designs.

I guess from now on I'll check into the developers customer service practices before buying 4 pieces of software from them to assure I will be taken care of when a problem arises instead of standing here with my thumb up my wazoo and spend my money elsewhere along with warning all my friends about the lack of service to their customers!

Hey Raameen, I think your better off using their email address above ot posting your question in the THEMES area of the board since that's where they say you get your questions answered bro. So try it that way and I think you'll get an answer
