Submit Apps/Themes to Crackberry

I tried searching the forums, but the search kept confusing the Crackberry app store with App World. I already know the process for submitting apps to App World, but I'm wondering if it's possible to submit apps and themes to the Crackberry app store or not. If so, how do you do it?

You submit them to mobihand, who is the supplier for more than just crackberry.
