Making a blackberry web shortcut icon (like CBlaunch) for my website?

I'm trying to figure out how to make it so I can add an icon to someone's blackberry that will launch my website. I have several on my blackberry like cblaunch, espn, and a cincinnati reds one... but how do I make one?

Everything I'm finding is how to customize icons on your own blackberry, but I want it in my site and available for download, or when they add it as a favorite (however is usually works, you tell me).

I've done it for the iPhone and it was as simple as adding a favicon. Also... do I need to make different sizes for the different types of blackberry? Thanks in advance.

I've looked through the blogs a bit and can't seem to find anything, is there a certain name for what I'm looking for that I can use to search?
