Question [HELP] distinguish a local number of aninternational one

Hi everybody, I'm developing (another) card dialer, and I'm having a problem, I don't know how to make to distinguish a local number of an international one.

I can get the number on the callInitiated event using getDiplayNumber, but I don't know if that is enough. I think on use getDTMFTones, to get the whole dialed number, but it always returns null.

I'm in argentina, but I'm developing this for US, so i dont know the local number format or how to dial for international calls, did some of you somethiung like this, or can explain me how is dialed an international number from US? some examples?

Default

To dial out of the US you have to dial the international access code (011), then the country code, then the area code and number. So, if I wanted to place a call to you in Argentina, I would dial 011 54 [your number].

FYI, to dial Canada we DO NOT have to dial the international access code (has to do with still being in North America), merely their country code and number.
