Visual Voicemail Help Needed
Two weeks ago I updated to the Storm and set up the Visual Voice Mail. It was working great up until today. This AM I went to relisten to a VM from yesterday, When I clicked the VVM icon it asked me for a password. I assumed it was the same password as my voice mail. ( verizon confirmed this was the case ) it came back and said invaild password. So I called *611 verizon and after 1 hr with tech still doesnt work. We tried uninstalling the app then reloading, still same issue I was unable to get to a VZ store so I guess I am asking if anyone has a solution for me
