You can't do anything about that unless you are the theme creator, and then you can just edit it with Plazmic Theme Builder.

If you didn't make the theme you're outa luck, though.

I found it on photobucket, actually ... I think I may have a copy in my album ... ok I do now. LOL

No problem. I love that image, too. I can't remember where I found it but props to whoever took the photo. Let me know if you want any other UW images. I don't do as much as some of our resident wallpaper gurus like JayKayBee but I do from time to time when I am looking for something specific like a UW wall.
