No Calendar reminder sound

i just recently synced my outlook calendar to my BB bold however, it doesn't prompt me for an event nor it has no reminder sound. im on .297 SW.

any ideas?

Do the calendar items have reminders set on your BB? Maybe the reminder didn't sync.

I'm assuming you're not just talking about an audible reminder- that you need to set up in profiles. BB doesn't do repeat reminders- you need 3rd party software for that. Try BerryBuzz.

The calendar items are in the bb calendar but it doesn't prompt and give audible sound even if it is set to remind 5mins before the event. I've already set everything in the profile ring tone. It was working before without any 3rd party apps.

i redo all my calendar events and making sure that outlook correctly prompts and hear audible reminders. i re-sync these new calendar events to my BB but still my BB doesn't prompt for new events and no audible sound also..

please help me...

i found the culprit.. just deleted the [CICAL] in the service books..
