Email Settings issue

the email settings account is killing me

and its really annoying

when i forgot my Username .. i had to do alot of stuff to get it back !

and now i changed from Zain KW provider to Wataniya , and my Username is not working anymore cause i've changed companies

and when i try to create an account is says that i allready have an account on this device .. i know the username and the password but it wont let me login

is theree any way i can move my username to Wataniya ?! so i can login ?

You have to talk to your old carrier and ask them to release the PIN.
