Default Blackberry Issues New Security Patch To Eliminate Hackers.

Was reading the newspaper and it said that blackberries are the most vulnerable to hackers, so they said there is a new security patch out as of today....Did anyone hear of this and where can I get it?

I doubt this very much.
As far as I know, no one has ever hacked a BB.

As far as I can tell the security vulnerability has to do with the attachment services IN Blackberry Enterprise Server. Something to do with code being routed in pdf files.

Don't open e-mail attachments from unknown addresses, fixed.

Yeah there is something not right about that story. As a matter of fact reports came out stating that drug dealers, criminals etc were using blackberries due to its security and its harder for authorities to intercept their messages etc.

It's only BES related... I believe the patch is for BES itself, I could be wrong on that though. Either way if you're BIS, you're fine... If not, your company should be telling you the scoop any way.
