Default annoying certificate expired popup

Every 5 minutes or so I get a popup saying I'm trying to connect to a secure server and that the certificate is expired. Don't know what's causing it and don't know how to stop it.

It does not matter what I'm doing at the time when the popup occurs. Only thing I have changed with my phone recently is adding bbm5.0

Anyone have any ideas what's causing it and what I can do?

If you view the cert does it tell you what site it is trying to connect to?

My wifi isn't on and hasn't been on forever. I have the exact same wording as ebodouns screenshots. I think it has to do something with bbm5 because nothing else has changed

I think h-slp.mnc410.mcc310.pub.3gppnetwork.org is AT&T's assisted GPS server.

BBM5 shouldn't cause this error unless it is accessing the GPS system for some reason.

I went into security options and certificates. There is an X next to *ns.ufl.edu (one of my email addresses are *@ufl.edu) and when I click on it it says expired cert chain and stale chain status. What does that mean and why has this just started popping up now? I'm confused...

I just went into options and disabled proximity based searching in bbm5 options. I think that could do it because under the bbm5 options it has my ufl.edu address as the default address.

Hopefully this fixes the problem, thanks pb

I get the same thing. Looks like AT&T forget to renew the SSL on their server? The expiratin date was today at 7:59:59 PM.

Is there a way to get a certificate off the 8900 and use it on the Bold? My wife's 8900 does not come up with the error.
