I am watching this in my ebay account. There is no way I am going to buy it because I think that even if genuine, a phone this new wil be nothing but trouble.

It does look like a legit auction, but not sure I would trust it. The seller is in Europe, so problematic for US buyers. It's also for a preleased version-those that were given to retailers.

Well, I'm in Europe, right in the middle. This look sto me like just what you say, a dealer pre-release put up for sale by someone trying to make a quck buck. Good for her/him but I bet that RIM will be pissed.

It would seem to me that once Blackberry figures out who the seller is, it will be the last Demo they receive. Selling pre-release demo stuff is usually frowned upon, at least until the model has been released.

I've already sent a PM to jaydee547. So, lets try and keep this thread 'clean'. Failure to do so, and I'll close it / delete it, period...

Oh yeah, morning everyone - LOL

In addition to what naviwilliams said and his issue warned, I cleaned up this thread and edited the original offside post and deleted the ones afterwards in regards to that first post (again as nav said - warning has been sent to member), so the content remaining is in regards to the thread topic.
