I just got my Blackberry a few weeks ago(Curve 8310, it's sweet). Anyways, I'm laying in bed and I hear a knock on the door, and it's 2:00 a.m. and I'm like holy gamoly who is that? I got to the door while carrying my Blackberry because I don't want to miss an email or text message from god knows who at 2:00 a.m. and this guy is standing at my door wearing one of those orange road cones on his head just standing there(fully clothed by the way). The first words out of my mouth are "What the F&^K". I asked the guy what he was doing and he just kept saying "Can I come in" "Can I come in"? So I let this stranger into my house and he finally took the cone off of his head and low and behold it was cousin Shane that I had not seen in like 5 years. He is so drunk that he can't even pronounce words hardly. I'm laughing my *** off because he is **** drunk and then out of the clear blue skies I notice my red light blinking on my Blackberry... what happened did I miss an email or a text message? I click on my little round ball and the screen lights up and it's a missed call from my girlfriend. I called her back and she heard my cousing mumbling in the background and thought that some girl was at my house and hung up on me. I have been trying to call her back for days now but she won't answer the phone. So yes, I was in Bed and my Blackberry caused me to get into trouble because of my drunk cousin who is pretty much worthless but he sure made me laugh that night.

I never leave my BB Pearl... but I do leave it hanging around (by my bed on the AC charger cord)... which is why I badly need a cradle!

Not necessarily about my Blackberry as much as my phone usage in general. She got pissed off because I pull out my phone and check sports scores during a night out.

Not yet. Just ordered my 1st BB, a Curve 8310 and it won't be in until Monday. I do see it coming, we've fought over my obsessive internet use before.

Before I even get out of bed, I'm checking my berry. If I have enough emails - it's off to the man room to read them even more. So much for reading the paper !
