I cancelled my regular data plan in preference to Roger's "BIS Lite" plan, so I no longer have Gtalk, Opera Mini and a few other apps. Now, the only third party app I have installed is GridMagic. I'm looking into more productivity software like eOffice, but the price is completely out of my budget.

Googlemaps is probably the best. There is something totally awesome about getting such high quality maps on your phone. Downside is the amount of data it uses.

I use Viigo just to have something to read. I use Data Vault to securely store sensitive information. I have the soft reset app so I don't have to mess around with the battery when needing to do a reset (which is rarely, so I guess it's not that necessary). I did install VZ Navigtor (and pay the $10 a month, darn Verizon). I didn't count themes or those little shortcuts like to the NY Times or ESPN, but I do use those a lot.

Default hmm

google maps, im+ (where's this Jivetalk everyone's talking about??) and bb messenger probably my most used. I'm d/l viigo now...sounds very useful..

oh and xplayer now as well, neat little feature to determine output including bluetooth on my pearl...wish it was an actual a2dp, but it's doing a decent enough job for free.

1st Google Maps ... freaked out everyone at the christmas party when I did a satalite view of the house.

2nd I downloaded and then deleted Opera 3 since it would not work with the track ball on my 8310.

opera mini and jivetalk are my must haves. operas beautiful rendering (if a little slow on my 8130) makes the web a little easier to use over rims wap browser, and jivetalk just rocks at im.
