As long as using a BlackBerry doesn't interfere too much with your daily life and isn't the cause of breaking up a personal relationship because of overuse, then use it as much as possible under these circumstances.

I don't really track how much time I spend on my BB. It'd be kind of scary if I actually do track it!

I look at my BB once in a while to see if the red led flashes...what can I say? I can addicted to it!

Well I don't know 'cause I'm relatively new to my blackberry, but I think its crazy how much time I'm using it. Oh you wanted to know what that actors name was...let me google from my blackberry. Oh bored at the bar while your wife's talking to friends binnnng blackberry. I'm thinking that was definitely the point of too much. More than 2 hours is probably toooo much.
