When you sit there all day staring at it, and rejoice when the LED changes from green to red!

Too much would be when your hand develops a permanent dent in it in the shape of your BlackBerry....! ;-)

Default no such thing

If something is so good how can be using it be so bad, I don't think you can ever have too much of a good thing.

Too much is when your trackball is black, your keys are faded and you can barely see the chrome on your phone.

Cool Never

In my opinion there's never to much on how much you use your blackberry, but does bother family members I know my dad does.

Too much usage is when a person walks into a light post while typing an email reply

Tough to say, if you count time on the actual phone itself it would be way more than 2 hours, but emailing and texts and the like would definitely come in under an hour.

i dont use it enough, it calls me when im not there, and that dang red light is always flashing!

id say you use it too much when its running out of juice everyday, and your family is getting mad at you. when they get mad at you for having your phone with you, you know you use it too much.
