Auto Signature

I followed the directions to leave a signature for my emails. When I get to "email settings"....I need to set the "auto signature" field to yes. There is no "auto signature" in the "email settings". Please help.

Tried to set up an account on Verizon BIS and it would not let me. Didn't accept my pin and esn? Why did this happen?
