I am pretty sure its a Rogers server side issue. I did a deletion of service books and a battery pull then a resend of service books and we will see what happens

YES. I am having the same problems. My gmail push really hasn't been good since that outage a few weeks back.

And the last couple of days it's been not working at all. However, I thought it was me. I loaded up the new OS that everybody is leaking and thought maybe that was causing the problems. But I removed/readded gmail and resent service books a dozen times with no luck.

I've ended up doing this for now..and I think I actually prefer it as it's lighting fast....

- I set up my username@rogers.blackberry.net address - that's the only account I'm running when I login to my BIS
- I set up my gmail to direct a copy of all messages received to the above account
- Within the BIS account, my reply to address is set as my @crackberry.com email on the rogers.blackberry.net account (the @ crackberry points to my gmail).

The above system is working great - lightning fast. Obviously not as good as just adding Gmail to BIS, but since that seems to be hooped I'm sticking with this for now.

Ok want to see something very VERY interesting. Try this out,

Ok from another email start sending your self some email to your gmail email that you have attached to your blackberry.

Ok so you start sending now, i would say its a 50/50 chance that you receive the email on your blackberry.

BUT, if you watch the Connection arrows (the arrows that show transfer of data where it says EDGE in the top right hand corner) Every time you send an email! Every time!, the arrows appear like they are trying to download data or atleast know something is there, but an email does not always appear

UPDATE****

Ok more trials:
I sent 20 emails to my gmail account from another gmail account.
Subject:Test1, Test2 to Test20 etc etc
Body: empty

All 20 Test Emails were recieved on my computer instantly
Of the 20 emails only emails: 2, 4, 7, 10, 15, and 9 were received on my blackberry

I urge people to try this out and confirm my results.
