I love it when people go "I hate the automated system because I was just trying to pay my past due and it took the whole payment and you guys wouldn't refund me the part I didn't wanna pay."
Well no, that's not really what happened. You pressed the wrong button, and it even confirmed it and you pressed confirm. You want us to waste money and refund money to you that was a valid bill? Just so in two weeks you can cost us money by using VISA or MasterCard to pay it again?
