oh heres my story on live chat. I was on a chat yesterday to find out info on the Tour and I think Andrea told me this phone was only for Verizon. I posted this in another forum, but I just had to share this with you. Dont get discouraged by the chat reps disconnect and try again. Good luck hun

I went on to chat, and I got Jessica, oops!!I meant Juan but he kept repeating himself also. What's up with the chat group?

I went on da chat myself the other day and got Jessica. And when I asked my question she just ended my chat with no answer twice. She just closed it out. So now I'm pissed off and clicked on the chat one more time and asked why she kept closing it out when I asked my question about BBM and she tells me she can't answer my question and to call Sprint customer service.
