My guess is the additional delay has to be with inventory levels (I think I heard that in this or our previous thread). And even with inventory levels, that was mentioned a week or so ago. SOOOOOO, I think Sprink is in inventory-store stock stage. A good measure is if you talk with someone at Sprint, ask them to check "Brightpoint." BP will receive the 8330's and they ship for Sprint. When they check, they should be able to tell you if 8330 inventory is at BP. 8330's have yet to show in BP's system last I checked. I am no Sprint employee, but spending a month on the thread has given me some cool information (again im no employee, but reading and asking has brought me to this)
