Default T-Mobile rocked me today

Went to a store feb 10 to get on the list for 2 new 8900's . told me they would hold them for me they were only getting 3 in.. called wed, said they would not get till thurs. and it was 250 for 1 year and 199 for 2 yr. when I went today, thurs., was told they would not give me a 1 yr due to thier commission not high enough, and I had to change my data plan which I am now paying 19.99 for to the new 24.99 plan so they get a higher commission.. I called t-mobile from the store, which was a tmobile exclusive dealer, and the guy kicked me out telling me if I complained to tmobile that I can buy from them and he was going to call the police on me for not leaving, now keep in mind they had my pearl behind the counter taken apart to get the sim card out and also had my credit card, and I was with 2 small children. I said give me my stuff and I will leave happily, all this took place while csm from t mobile was listening on my other phone. they call police I show my Sgt. badge from the sheriff's dept. needless to say that was the end of it right there, manager even got a parking ticket..lol.. back to tmobile though.. the rep puts me through to a manager who wants to make it right, my current plan was 79.99 for 1000min with myfavs, 9.99 for mobile to mobile, 19.99 blackberry service and 19.99 unlimited family messageing, the rep offers me 69.99 for 1000min with myfavs, including mobile to mobile calling , and my 19.99 blackberry service and 19.99 unlimited family messaging and gives me the phones for 179.99 each with expeditied shipping.. so she saved me on my monthly bill.20.00 a month plus got each phone for 70 off, saved me 140 off just the phones then another 20 a month.. talk about a great customer service rep.. and on top of that she gave me a 1 year contract that I originally wanted.. so I walked away with a bill that was 20.00 a month cheaper for the same I had, 2 phones at 140.00 less than I was prepared to spend.. great customer service.. now I can get the telenav for 10.00 a month and still be cheaper and if I add at home service I am still at the same monthly price.. thumbs up to tmobile customer service...

OMG. I am glad you were able to "correct" the situation at the T-Mobile store. That manager should be fired or at less written up to hold crap like that.

People like to abuse power. Except..

Customers hold the power. Don't F with us.

Glad you had it sorted, and that you were able to save some money! How exciting!

Haha, good stuff. But i'm still confused why he tried to kick you out? I guess he wasn't too worried about his job?

the store was at 147th and cicero ave. in midlothian illinois.. I assume the reason he kicked me out was because when he was trying to force me to spend more and sign a longer contract than I wanted to and actually called t mobile from the store he knew he was going to be in trouble by my reporting him and he was trying to do all he can to cover himself by trying to say I was being unruly what he didn't realize was I was already connected to a rep and they heard the whole conversation from before he kicked me out and heard I was being polite, and heard him saying what he did about commissions..his defense was a police report which never transpired..I think that is why I got such a deal cause they knew I was not making it up etc..still waiting on the phones though.. hopefully here monday but when I use the ref. number..ie my phone number ups shows nothing at all.. am hoping I get them soon.. funny thing one was for me one for the girlfriend.. whom we just broke up on valentines day.. maybe have one for sale now.. now I am thinking I am even luckier I didn't get them then...she would have it as it was going to be a valentines present..lol..oh well...
