Are you meaning you cant browse at all or that everything defaults to T-Zones when you try to access the internet?

Under options and general properties (through your browser icon), make sure that the default browser is set to "internet browser" and not "T-Zones"

Under options too at the bottom of the page make sure that your "start page" is what you want it to be. Mine is my "bookmark page."

One more thing to check, make sure your home page address at the bottom there is: mobile.blackberry.com

Hopefully this helps, I know that with the 4.5 upgrade all the T-Mobile defaults were installed and I was annoyed trying to get back to the settings that I was using with 4.2.

If you cant get on after this I would definately call customer care, sometimes they have to send your service books back to you to refresh you with their network.

Good Luck!

you can also resend your own service books by going to options> advanced options > host routing table> (then the menu button - Register Now)

What OS did you upgrade too? And did you make sure to delete vender.xml file when upgrading?

Also, was this phone brand new, or is it used. I would try to reload the OS, or if you haven't upgraded to it yet, upgrade to the 4.5.0.124 OS. I just did it on my 8320, and haven't had any problems.

Here is a link to the upgrade and directions, fairly simple, will just take some time to complete.

Good luck and keep us posted!
