Beside wi-fi are there any differences between the 8320 and 8300?

No there is no differences other than the wifi feature. They have the same amout of memory (64mb) and run the same networks. But if your going to be on Tmo I would highly recommend getting the 8320 if you can. The wifi feature is great. If you cant, thats fine too. It will work just the same.
