and nothing on what was changed in this version? I downloaded it as well but haven't tried anything yet...who wants to be the guinea pig?

Well, there are DEFINITELY changes.

I was never able to get contacts to sync at all. I kept getting "Could not sync contacts, please try again". Now, it is in the process of syncing contacts! I never got this far.

So, does it work? I haven't a clue. Will it work? Heck, I am crossing my fingers. Just in case it doesn't work, I have a good single malt scotch in my other hand.

Looking good.

It would be nice to just have it work. I like Google Sync very much, but it doesn't sync categories, and my PIM (Pocket Informant) can color code my contacts by category - an invaluable tool with over 1500 contacts.

It still isn't recognizing my media card on my Storm.

Nevermind! I worked after ejecting the bb and plugging it back in, and then resyncing it.

Tether Berry still does not work with Mac Desktop Manager installed.

Version 1.0 didn't sync categories correctly from my 8830 to Address Book. Anyone know if this is fixed?

Why do you even bother using Tetherberry? Tethering to a Mac is pretty simple.

Donnation -- agree.

BB DM supports tethering -- it adds a profile to use and has worked fine with me on both Leopard and Snow Leopard.
