Cannot migrate contacts Palm OS Treo to 8900 on MAC OS x

I cannot get my contacts over to the new Blackberry 8900 from Treo 700.

I have latest MAC computer.

I exported contacts in all formats to desktop but opening up in MAC addressbook - they won't open up. Missing Sync does not help either. Any help??

Can you import them to gmail? If so you can install google sync and all your calendar events and contacts will sync to your blackberry.
