I certainly agree, to a degree. I could understand if the carrier then decided to offer the 'said feature' and then charge (well, I couldn't understand really), but to NOT even offer it, period! Not that is taking the [b][/b][b][/b][b][/b][b][/b]...
Another reason why I remember divorcing Verizon. You know having a contract / service with a carrier is just like being married - LOL
