Default Smiley Face Icon Stuck on Home Screen
The smiley face icon is stuck on my home screen and the red LED constantly flashes. I have pulled the battery many times without luck. Can anyone help?

Hit the BlackBerry button, and find the folder with the red asterisk on it, and open it.

I also have the smiley face on the main page but I have no folders with a red asterisk on it. I've checked BBM ans have nothing pending. Others possibilities?
