If you need to download your OS for your phone, get it here:

Are you sure you downloaded the right OS the first time? You might have tried to download the 8330m/8330, when your device is the other one.

If you have a fast internet connection (broadband) and you get an error downloading the OS, just try again.

You can try downloading form the Sprint site instead of the RIM servers as well.

What OS are you running? The Sprint link has 4.5.0.131, do you have an 8330m?

Upgrade to 4.5.0.131, but you will lose the Roaming Only option in network selection.

4.3.0.127 is on the first link I gave you (Blackberry site).

Did you download an OS and install it to your computer? You will need an OS on your computer to restore your BB with the nuked BB process.
